We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.



Pricing & availability settings -help

really struggling with setting prices on this site, spent 2 hours trying to set up a simple rate.

Could someone shed some light on how to do this please?

The property is a cottage so is sold as one unit that sleeps 5.

Check in day is Saturday only, for 7 night chunks.

How do I do this? 

Do I close Sun-Fri off to stop people trying to book random nights? is the price that appears under each day, the nightly price or the total price for the week? the 'no arrivals' used in combination with 'advanced day selection' doesn't work.


Can anyone help, it's driving me mad!

Try the help-desk via the Extranet (login to this) and via Inbox tab.

Message space and contact on same page.

I've had a thorough look on the Extranet page and don't see any message space/or contact area.

All I have are 5 tabs:

Group home
