Problems adding new rooms
we're booking-com partners since several years. We have recently acquired a hostel, and yesterday we registered that property + rooms. We signed the agreement etc, but when all was done and we were asked to sign in, we got a message that our account is blocked "for security reasons". No other explanation, no email. The phone numbers to Booking don't work (I've tried 3), and there is no email or any other way to contact them. I logged in with the user name for our other property now, just so that I could get access to this forum. With the hostel account, I am blocked from logging in anywhere. We can't figure out what is wrong. Please advice!
