We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.



Property’s registered address change

How do I change my registered address? I used my vacation rental property’s address and do not get mail there. Thanks for any help.

You can only change the property address if it is incorrect,


But not if it is not your postal address at your location which is different to the property being listed.


Assuming this is actually regarding the Location of Property Verification, then you have to either:

  • Try to accommodate the postal service getting to your listed property and somewhere for them to dro pthe post.
  • Put up a poster to where post should be left.
  • Sign up for post redirection service
  • Get someone nearby to check for post and relay it to you.
  • Failing all that contact BdC support team directly to advise if they accommodation any alternative methods for your country. No guarantee there is.
