Property activation - alternative to receiving a code by post


Have been trying since January to get to verify our property location by alternative means because we don't live at our holiday home, nor does it receive post because it's in a Greek village at the top of a hill, there are no street names, and post boxes if they exist at all are in a central location. We don't know if we have a post box or where it is.

I have lost count the number of times I'm politely told the relevant department or specialist will get back to you within 3 days, no one ever does. I've even phoned Greece and told someone will get back to us, they did but with the same message as the extranet replies. I asked what they need from us to verify the location, no reply. Sent maps from our land registry title deeds, no reply. I've offered to show them a copy of our contract with James villas (2021 season), no reply. I've also emailed a director. No reply.  We are marketing with other platforms for next season, but would also like to work with  Any ideas as to what to do next?

Typically if you have unreliable post service, none, or never arrives after and up to 5 weeks, you can message partner support to request an alternative method.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
