Property details

Hi

Anybody out there?

I'm having trouble finding a live chat to explain that the property details are incorrect. My apartment is described as one bedroom when it is two. My apartment will be open at he end of this month and at the rate quoted I will not even get an enquiry.

I am going round and round on the site trying to find out how to correct this. I've sent messages via the property description section but no one has replied. I've even sent a message via the complaints section.

Please can someone help me.

I am having difficulty changing the property description and we are opening for bookings at he end of this month.

The apartment is listed as one bedroom in the property description but is two bedroom.

I will not get bookings at the price I quote.

I've sent messages via the property description section as well as the complaints section.

Somebody please help me.

It sounds like you submitted the change request correctly, and unusual if it has not been responded to up to 4 days, how long has it been?? next action : phone BdC Partner Support directly as per below.

 

Normally desc is generated based on the features you toggle on and off, or set.

 

Is the Room Type count =2 ??

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
