We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

Our property is not online . I can not find it if i search from a device ..

goto extranet top right, 2nd circle , clck , then click on View Property

Sorry but it is not working. When I click on "see my property in the booking.com listing" all I see is other hotels, not mine.
