We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

This Property is not taking reservations on our site

My Property is showing this on booking.com. I have no bookings since last 20 days, I have not blocked any rooms, yet it shows sold out and doesn't accept bookings. This issue is happening even before the invoice was generated,I have written multiple mails to booking but I find no response from your side. Please let me know what is the problem and the resolution.

You were receiving bookings before? Perhpas it is still waiting for the verification.
