Property showing unavailable/ fully booked but it’s not

Hi all,

weve added our property to booking.com in the last week but it is showing as not available/ fully booked when I test search upcoming dates on the website. I have made sure the apartment is available on Pulse and have not set any minimum booking period etc just to test it. Any ideas of what we might be doing wrong?

Have you opened your rooms??? Also check that room no. is not set to 0.
