We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

Hi there!is there any other method to get my confirmation code either than receive it by post,at home?maybe mail or sms?Thanks

Same query here, this is the only obstacle preventing my advert going live. Our apartment is in Cyprus where the mail is very much hit and miss so i an not counting on receiving the confirmation code by postal means. Apparantley the other od ption is some type of video  call. I have put a request on here enquiring what exactly this method entails. No teplies as yet, but if it means i have to be in the property when this video call takes place i would need to get over to Cyprus simply to receive a call. This wouldn't be an option anyway for the forseeable future being as all flights have been grounded. Surely there must be another option. I have even e-mailed a recent utility bill which states the property address along with my name. Tania please keep me updated abd i will do like wise. I find this so frustrating as all the others Airbnb, Trip advisor, Home & away i have no such problems.
