Really Frustrated by Customer Service Department.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Previous Property ID: ***

New Register ID : ***

We had a Previous Property with many bookings and more than 150 Reviews. But some reason they have closed our Property even without Giving Proper Answers or Reply. I have called and messaged at least 20 times to Amsterdam and London Office but no one has replied straight. After lengthy coversation women called "***" in london office advice to Re Register Property and will help us to go ahead. I have already registered Property yesterday. Today Morning I have called *** for advice but women called "***" took call and talked me really rudly. I feel really bad. So far from last 20 Calls no one has gave me Clear Reason for Property closure and when New Registration will be live on Booking.com. I am feeling like customer services just Playing with us.

Time is not goo for this kind of games as COVID 19 is affecting businesses around the World, Including UK, EU and USA. USA Closed its borders and EU countries not allowing people to travel, How we are going to survive. You get commison on our bookings, if you do not open our booking how your business will survive.

So Please understand and Open our online Booking. We request you in worst time of human history.

Sorry to hear, of your experience. at this point considering everything, please detail in a message in computer notepad  and then copy paste it into a message to the BdC support team.
