We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

Perhaps Facebook is a better platform to get something like this done, or send your suggestion to the Forum team to see if they can get a way for us to do that.

We have a group of a few "friendly" hotels in our immediate area that help each other out for over-bookings.

City hopping contacts is an interesting concept...
