registration problem

There is a registration problem. I first registered as *** with the following email. *** the password is xxxxxxx, later I registered as *** with the same email address and password. The last registration was successful, I finished the process with 2 flats. Sometimes the first registration is thrown up by the computer (Balint Csarankó) when it tells me to finish the registration. Something crashes! Please how to register to*** by email ** and**registration started and not completed? Thanks!
