Renting out entire property or individual rooms

Hi

I'm new to Booking.com and would like the option, in low season, of booking out either the entire property, or individual rooms. In AirBNB you can do this by setting up two listings for the same property and then linking the calendars to avoid double bookings. Does anyone know how to do this in Booking.com?

Hi Caroline 

 

The simple answer is you cant, you can only have one or the other.

 

If you try the double listing and sync calendars, its a dirty way of doing it, but no 100% guarantee it will work as the calendars do not auto instantly sync on a trigger.

 

 

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
