We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.





I have just recently joined booking.com. I just received my first booking for July 2021. I wasn't expecting to get bookings so far in advance and I hadn't closed off those dates. What can I do about it now. If I cancel that reservation, does it cost me anything.

Sorry about this, but it is all new to me and I am still learning how to use this site.

Totally understand, it can be scary when you first start and suddenly get bookings when you don't expect them.  You can't cancel a booking yourself, the guest needs to do it.  Message them and explain.  Do some research so you can offer them an alternative so they are more inclined to Cancel and then book somewhere else.

You can ask Booking.com to relocate but they will charge for this.

Don't forget to Close those dates you don't want to book ! You can use a Bulk edit in Rates, Calendar
