Today 8th Sept. 4 of our hotel room was emty. But guest cannot make reservation. I couldn't understand why the guest see the hotel is full today.


To check your setup Open Rates & Availability, Calendar - use List view.  Dates should be in Green if available.  If not look at if Open/Closed, rooms available, Rates set.  

Do you allow same day viewing?
