reservation not fullfilled
hello on the 5th of march i received a reservation *** by the name of *** *** for 7 nights starting today 8 th of March.
As soon as i received it i closed all the dates on my calendar ( so no one else could book my place in those dates including airbnb)
i contacted the guest via email several times but i didnt receive any fallow up...
this is my first experience with Booking.com and would like to know if the client cancelled the reservation and if so why i didnt receive any notice ??
please can u explain?
what should i do in the future if i will receive another booking from booking.com? shall i take it for true??
