Reservation problem
Hi,
I have just signed my apartment for the first time at Booking.com. I have opened apartment from July 1 and on my extranet it showes me that it is open for reservation but when someone search for the apartment on booking.com it showes that the apartment is closed.
At first I have put one price for the period of 01.07.-15.07. and all was ok, but the day after I have put some promotion for that period and now I can't make the reservation for all dates and it says that is closed.
Need help with that. I don't know what to do.
If you use Rates, Calendar are the dates showing in green? which indicates open. You have posted this on the partner forum so we cannot see your setup to be able to really help with this. Contact booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet.

My dates are all showing green on extranet. But when someone is searching for my apartment it shows them that there are no available dates.
Then you need to contact the help desk who can look at your setup.
