Restricted Rates

I have a minimum stay requirement of 2 nights at a higher rate. However, when potential guests type in 2 nights they get an option to click either standard (lower rate) or the restricted rate (higher) - naturally, they all click the standard, which allows them to move forward with booking. Why is allowing this? How can this be fixed so that guest do not book 2 nights at standard rate?

This is actually down to how you have your Rate Plans setup  along with the minimum advance time and minimum stay.


You can also message support and have them activate extra fields called No Arrival and No Departure. 


Calendar - List View: will show you everything


This is not a BdC issue is a user error issue. Very common.
