Retrieving deleted messages

I accidentally deleted a message from SuperControl, our channel manager. How can I retrieve it?

Dear Paul,

If you mean from the extranet inbox, you really cannot (or I haven't heard if the fact that it could be done). As the inbox doesn't archive the messages.

But seeing that it's a message from your CM, you might want to ask your CM directly what they wrote about. However, I think it's a notification for a connectivity error, so might want to check that too.

Thanks for your help - it was a message about set-up with our CM, and was dealt with by a helpful agent at Booking.com
