Risk Free Cancellation Programme

Hi there, 

I tried to call Booking.com customer service but there isn't a number anymore which is a bit dissaapointing. We would like to come off the programme ASAP as it contadicts with our internal prepayment policies. Please can someone can contactg me ASAP. 

 

Edit - also we were signed up for this without us knowing

I'm struggling to understand why you dont want bookings under this option, which is free and generates additional bookings, at no risk to you, curious to understand your view point, thanks

If needed, Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods. They will never see any post on the Partner Hub.

 

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Hi Brook,

Thank you for providing those. I had struggled to find this. We do not want the promotion as it isn't in line with our policies. And actually it is very missleading - it says pay at property - guest gets charged £75 straight away. Had a few unhappy customers already.
