We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

Room amenities

Hello,

I am having trouble finalizing my property page on the site. In "Room Amenities" I am asked the sizes of by bedrooms which I have tried entering numerous times, the page doesn't take it and does not register all the rest of the information I have entered on the page.

Same thing for the "facility and services" pages, I don't have a pool and the page won't accept it. I have tried on Safari and Chrome, both show the same problem. However, on this page, the rest of the information is registered.

You have posted this on the partner forum so we are not able to look at your setup and be able to help.  Contact the booking.com help team using the Inbox icon on Extranet.  Hopefully you can see this but it will depend how far through the setup you are.  Otherwise you will need to give them a call.
