had two scammer who were odoxious were just out for a free holiday wanted there money back or would give me a bad rating unfotunatly they have booked in two weeks time with more people what could i do about this

Thanks for the post.

If the client misbehaved the first time at your property then you should have Reported Guest Misconduct so as to get them under review. Booking.com would investigate and if they found good enough reason, those people would not be able to book through them again.

Perhaps it's time to give them another chance. Phone the guest before arrival and have a nice conversation with them explaining that you have max occupancy and if they bring extra people they will not be allowed to check in. And see how it goes.

Should they cause issues again, mark them on the Extranet.

they booked both visits at the same time believe its a ploy to show they had good intentions. they left a really bad review luckily it was only the second review we shall see
