Set up specific days for check in

I’ve found the explanation how to prevent guests to check in in dates diffferente from the one I want to but cannot find the NO ARRIVAL option. Any ideas on how I can find it? It says it’s under the “drop-down arrow under the room rate you want to apply the restriction”, I don’t find it... I’m using the browser and not pulse can it be that? Thanks for the support

Do you mean : no show?

Click on reservations in your Extranet and click on the name of persons arriving.

on the right side you can see a column of different options to click on . One of them is no show if someone didn't arrive at all (and often not paid)
