Settings 'no arrivals' or 'no departures' don't work.

I don't see the button 'advanced restrictions' in my calender after selecting the data. I can only choose 'restrictions' and there I can choose: minimum length of stay and minimum advance reservation.

How do I get the button 'advanced restrictions', so I can select data on which no arrivals are possible?

That is correct by default you wont, until you get them turned on.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
