Hello, I've read all posts about sold out problem and cannot find solution. I opened my proprety, filled in the free dates, made rate plans and only thing I did not do is to verify my location. (did not received the code yet) Can that be a problem for "sold out"?

You have posted this on the partner forum so we are unable to see your setup to be able to help.  I think you should still be viewable even without verification.  Contact the help team using the Inbox icon on Extranet.

  • Open Calendar  
  • Set List View and expand Rate Plans on left column  
  • Can you see values set per date and no missing values?  
  • Are room types have a value of availability of =>1 where the room type is actually available.?  
  • Is the Open/close status set to open ?


Typically an initial booking can be made while you are still setting up.

I usually advise close all availability until you are completely setup , so no surprises.


How long since you signed up, to waiting for the verify letter by post? If you have double checked your postal address is correct in Extranet, then wait 15 working days and then contact BdC Support. See guide below.


In some cases you can request alternative verification.
