Someone help me with this ridiculous site!

I have waste hours many times and getting no where. FIrst of all, I signed up and listed 2 properties and they are no where to be found when I log in to my account. I just logged in to add bank details and there is nothing there. Everything was there earlier and I am not going to redo it all again! Secondly, I have listings on other sites and its very easy but this one seems ridiculously complicated not to mention exhorbitant fees of 17.5%.  I do not have a "mailing address" as most people know there are no mailing addresses in Mexico so how to I confirm my listings? Someone whatsapped me from Chile and we are not on the same time zone so it was impossible to communicate and get anything done.

Hi Ildi,

I think it is worth it to keep trying. But call the Team and don't try to plough in your own strength. 

It is not an easy system, and not everyone is an IT Professor. 

 

The Booking dot Com is a giant organisation who do have qualified helpers around. Do make use of it. 

You can use the money. Spend it wisely ;)

When all set up, please put your listing under your profile. 

Barry (our IT know-how partner )  has set up a set of guidelines on how to do it. Just click on his name and you will find it. Otherwise under help / search. 

Then we can all see your property in Mexico ! 

We have seen enough of New Zealand and Greek, now it is your turn.

When logging in to your Extranet account, please make sure to use the button "Extranet login" on the bottom of Booking.com website, not the "Sign in" button on the top of the page (that one is for guests). 

As per location verification, when joining Booking.com, you need to confirm your property’s location to make sure guests can easily find it on arrival. We facilitate this by posting you a letter containing the information you need to complete the process. We know, that some properties, due to its location, wont be able to receive a letter. In this case we offer alternative verification method. As we can see, you were already offered to verify your property location by a video call.

We have a great bunch of supporters in the partners (hosting)group. 

They are all different, 

One likes bubbles,

There is a lady who is very creative,

Some are very detailed and experienced,

And there is one that is extremely knowledgable about IT

he gives hints to the professional team :) 

And sometimes it just all gets a little too much and we take a pause, but

 they all like to support, 

So you are never alone. 

Keep trying if one half is asleep when the other half is hard at work.
