You have posted this on the partner forum so we are unable to help with this problem.  Contact the booking.com help team using the Inbox icon on Extranet.

That is not how it works. Normally it can be 2-3 weeks before you get anything.

Consider the currently climate and possible delays to postal systems.


If you still do not have it after 15 working days then contact BdC Support Team.

In mean time double check your registered address and location on Extranet and the property listing.
