Hello, 

I have some problems with understanding booking.com 

I have two properties, but both of them are closed (I don't know the reason, I think that there is required code, that should be sent to me, but I haven't received anything)

How Can i fix this problem? I really need this property to be open and available for guests.

To check your setup Open Rates & Availability, Calendar - use List view.  Dates should be in Green if available.  If not look at if Open/Closed, rooms available, Rates set.  You can use a Bulk edit to update if needed.
