I cannot reach the Booking.com support team in Panama or the Netherlands.

Any tips?

No replies via extranet either.

Sometimes it takes time for them to reply. I have noticed, the more important topic, the faster response is. I think they prioritize some topics. Actually extranet is the fast way to communicate with them and all conversations on the record.

Thank you Katerinka. Problem is I believe my accommodation page is hacked.... still after 10 days no reply via extranet. I'll try calling them again.
