We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

Taking ownership of a listing

Hi All,

I own a resort but I do not have the login credentials to access the admin page to update the inventory, update bank account and add new pictures. Kindly advise how I can add an already listed property to "My property" tab. Thanks,

  •  find and copy the existing url for the listing

do you have access to the email account that was used to create the extranet account?

If it was 3rd party and do not have access to that email address, you likely will need to start over, i.e. a new registration.


To be honest starting over sound like a better solution so as to not inherit the mistakes of the older listing.

If you knew the Partner ID for the current you might be able to seize it via Contact Us, bottom of this page.
