Termination Notice Accommodation Agreement

I've added 2 apartments to booking.com (id 4610015 in Val Thorens and id 4379376 in La Plagne). 

Today, I've received two notices without any further information. Booking has terminated the accommodation agreement with immediate effect because of a material breach of contract - article 7.4 (ii) the Accommodation post incorrect or misleading Accommodation information on the Extranet.

I don't understand this letter. I carefully described both apartments. On other sites, I have very good reviews for both apartments.

I've written booking.com to gain additional info, but they don't reply.

I even have 2 bookings for La Plagne. I don't know what will happen to these bookings. Will the clients be able to enter the apartment? Will I see my money?

What should I do?

I have my contract terminated in January and so far I haven't had a proper explanation despite all my attempts to contact booking.com. It is very frustrating to be accused of fraud but not having it explained.

In the meantime, I've received several calls of booking.com and we've sorted it out. There first communication wasn't top, but after a couple of days we were able to discuss on phone and booking.com was able to verify my apartments.

Sometimes it takes a bit of that if you want a good outcome.

We have the similar problem of getting termination notice accomodation agreement in light of discovering fraudulent activity , where as we done nothing at all nor is their any information on it. Infact there are only fraudulent bookings happening for our property on which is a no show always.

Reported this on call and message to booking.com team , but they say that mail was sent by relevant team. Our property is closed for booking now , How do we sort this out , please help.

After a couple of days Booking.com contacted me and we've sorted it out. We had to organize a Facetime call when we were in the apartment so the Booking team was able to view the apartment directly. It took about 3 weeks and then everything was back online.

Two days ago my property was closed for the same reason, I don't understand why this has occurred. We are verified and get good reviews. Not understanding what went wrong. Why isn't there an email or phone number to reach anyone.

When you rung the helpline, did you get any reply? 

Have you looked up your own property in search and seen how it is featured before it was closed down?

My situation is not the same, but Booking did get on my nerves when they told me they are soon going to close off my property if I am not going to have bookings very soon. 

First of all, I have been on holiday (BTW who works year-round without a break?)

Second, coming back I need to do some timely repairs to make the unit look top-notch again. That takes time. 

Finally, we are very seasonal here. Spring and Summer are the times of travel and hikes especially overseas guests. We cater for 75% of the time. 

 

I updated my latest descriptions and lo and behold suddenly my property shows up again. 

But should it not show year-round?   Weird!

They stated they will email the department who closed the account, and that there is not a number to that department only email.So i'm at a loss. No one to contact.

I did call them they said they was going to send an email to that department, so now playing the waiting game for someone to reach out to me.

I see.....Did they give you a name of a person to speak to? Otherwise, ask again. Note the name of the person who picks up the phone first, then the name of the person(s) you are supposed to speak to. Maybe that helps to push the process. Let me know... Cheers, Aaltje B.

Booking cancel my account and accusing me of fraud but they can't say what is appended.

I be try to contact costumer service but they can't say more.

 My account was everything correct, picture was real, name real. I don't know what is wrong.

Could you help me?

You are saying you have the same problem... OK, You may have to do the same and call the number that is given in the extranet. BDC Partner hub also has a list of items and you wil l see under HELP   the CONTACT US.  Or try the financial department in the extranet. Keep trying, let us know how you got on. (results)

I ve call a lot of time but they can't help me. They can only tell me that the problem is fraude, and that's is maybe becoube of my name or my bank number. I have call the bank and everything is ok with my bank number.

I have call the online police for have a control of my name, maybe there is a person with the same name and is not a good person.

Is it a really strange story, unbelievable.

I really don't know how to say to booking that I m a honest person.

You may have to do the same as is mentioned before: BDC has to organize a facetime call with you, so they can see who you are and that you are in your own apartment. (Facetime or anything else that works with your cellphone. )

 

The problem with BDC is that the system is not completely safe. 

 

Honestly, try a different group or platform, like Airbnb. I had 0 problems with them. You always get paid, the guests' ID is checked, and never had a cancellation. 

 

I use both groups successfully, Airbnb and BDC, For the last group it took a while to get things sorted as I wanted it. They have now upgraded and finetuned a lot of things which is great, but it is certainly not perfect yet. 

 

Keep trying the BDC, ask a friend to help you. Don't give up. They get your commission too, so I think they should be glad to help you!

Hello,

I've added 1 apartment to booking.com as a new host (id *** in Cannes, France). Yesterday, I've received one notice without any further information. Booking has terminated the accommodation agreement with immediate effect because of a material breach of contract - article 7.4 (ii) the Accommodation post incorrect or misleading Accommodation information on the Extranet. 

I don't understand this letter. I carefully described the apartment and one customer booked online. On other platform, everything is great and i have no problem.

I've called booking.com to gain additional info, but they always told me that somebody from this specific team will contact me. They never did.

 

In the meantime, i received two other emails telling me that they canceled my booking reservation saying that i asked Booking to do it. it's just a lie. What would i do that? 

I never asked them anything. Their email is saying that and i deeply think it's not fair.

Words have a meaning. So, now i am losing money because of what Booking did.

 

Moreover, i read again the section 7.4 of the contract and i didn't see anything wrong with my etablishment. Everything looked ok and i created this account with their help through the phone.

They helped me since the beginning. They controlled everything. I saw online on the community website of https://partner.booking.com that i was not the only one to have that. Some cases got resolved because it was misunderstood somewhere.

 

I was really happy to work with booking and want to continue this way. I am asking then to somebody to contact me to fix the situation and open it back again. Now i dont have access to anything, included the extranet.

I just want to understand, fix it, and move forward.

 

Please, i need help.

Nobody contacted me. Its drives me crazy.

They say things differently all the time.

I live in France, and i am french also.

How did you manage to contact them or make them contact you?

I don't have accept to my extranet anymore.

I am using another one to talk here.

 

They closed my new account without any reasons.

I am lost and so frustrated.

I have just had my account terminated for 7.4 ( ii) without cause. They have also disabled my account so I can't access any phone numbers.

Any suggestions? I already have three bookings in the next couple of months and don't know what is happening to them.

Spent 45 minutes on the phone to them last week as I had a booking in ten days time and couldn’t contact my guests as my email anD extranet blocked. In the end they cancelled my bookings and sent out emails to the people who had booked withme to say I had cancelled!

Boookng.com saying it is with the local office and I have to wait..do I want to ?

I have the same problem... 1 week ago I received a mail from booking.com about  ‘Termination Notice Accommodation Agreement’.

I asked about this and they haven’t replied, and now they have cancelled the confirmed bookings (non refundable), and my payments are blocked. I’m worried because I don’t know what is happening!?.

Someone could solved this?.
