Is there a sign?

Hello My name is Joe and i run a motel in Walla Walla Wa. My biggest problem is that I get lot of people that think they have already payed online because they put in there credit cards. I have to explain that booking does not charge you. I only charge you when you arrive here to the motel. Does booking have a sign i could put in my lobby. That says like (Hotel collects payment from guest)?   Thank you for any help..

Firsrtly, the guest has to select a booking that says something to the effect of "no payment required, pay at the hotel".

Secondly, If you want a sign it would be very easy to cobble one up yourself on a PC.
