Unable to contact Booking.com

Hi, I am a new host but cannot navigate my way to contact a representative of the company. I wish to synchronise my Booking.com calendar with airbnb. I have tried following the navigation but it goes nowhere . Any solutions.?

This is the second time I am having to write this. I am a new host and I have tried following the navigation instructions to synchronise my calendar with airbnb which goes nowwhere? I don't want to hear back from a robot. Can somebody do the synchronise for me?

Only post a topic once, also I just checked and you do not have any previous posts nor comments on here at all.

 

  • Calendar Sync without a 3rd Party Channel Manager will result in double/over bookings.
  •  
  • Also the BdC iCal Sync feature will only be available if your Room Type has an inventory count of =1. It cannot be >1.
  •  
  • It also does not sync in real time nor on new booking, totally unreliable.

 

Examples of Channel Manager :

  • syncbnb.com <Recommended 
  • nobeds
  • cloudbeds

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
