unable to see bookings on our Extranet account

I am trying to see the bookings for Hotel Saint Louis, however when I log in it appears I still have to register our property.  I know that our property has been registered as we have had many Booking.com reservations over the past year.  I also, have been able to view past and future bookings on the extranet in the past.  your help would be greatly appreciated.  thank you.
