Unauthorized Access and taken over of property

Hi there, I'm assisting Balthali Mountain Resort to reporting the unauthorized attempt on taking over the property account. Apparently the hotel was hiring someone through to manage the property and recently the owner of the hotel decided not to work with him anymore. Any user accounts he created for the hotel was then removed so it has affected the owner and the manager lost the access to the booking.com partner dashboard. Can you please help? We can present the rightful registration documents to prove that the property is belong to the owner. 








You should have had the owner or person who has access to the registered email account used to register originally pick up the phone and ring support team.
