unique code

Hello, I got information about receiving unique code on my property location more that 20 days ago. But I have got anything so far. I am not sure is it possible that Booking sends the post envelope with unique code.  My question is when I can expect the envelope with code. Did anybody have the simiular experience like me? Thank you in advance.

You have posted this on the partner forum so we cannot help with a verification code problem.   but yes lots of people have difficulty receiving it especially in some rural areas, based on comments here.
