i need to know the steps, who i can send our company documents, signed contract, platform to uploading tours, etc....

Hi and welcome to the booking.com partner forum!

 

I do not think this is possible and the best I can think of is to upload some photos with the details.

Another option is to send the details once you have a booking/enquiry.

I suggest you remove your mobile number from the post since this is not the official bdc help line but a partner forum.
