verification code

I have received verification code. It says I must use it to verify my location and successfully end the registration process. It says that I will see the messagge 'Confirm your location' in my extranet. I don't see any messagge whatsoever. I don't know where ro write down the verification code. In spite of this guests are making bookings with no problems.

THats normal, its the homepage of Extranet, try click the status indicator

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
