Verification letter

After creating an account on Booking.com, I was told that a letter would be sent in the mail in order to establish and confirm the location of our new property. While I understand the importance of doing this, the property is in a remote part of Jordan and there is almost no chance that a letter would arrive here seeing as there is no address. I see online that we will be contacted if the Booking.com team needs more help in establishing the location, how soon can we expect to hear more about the status of the letter and confirmation? Will the property be listed online in the meantime?


Hi Fahad and welcome. I have only been hosting around 9 months and have done the verification request a few times but have never received anything through the post or had any difficulties as my property shows the correct location on the map and yes your property should be displayed online without this once you receive an email/message saying property is open.
