Verification of our location, apartment
My problem can be found below.
My accommodation has not been online from November 2018. Guests come from booking at the beginning of the year and pay Booking for my accommodation. Even I receive no compensation, money from booking because the confirmation to my address, my accommodation does not work. Despite several requests I have not received a letter with a confirmation code to the accommodation until today.
Can someone help me ?? Pls. read below...
Is there any news regarding our renting the accommodation or the confirmation of accommodation or solving our problem. Our guests found our accommodation so far. Booking is unable to send us the letter with the code to release the accommodation and
since November 2018. There was a problem with the address, but even with the correct address, the letter with the information does not reach us. Keeping up with customer service has been unhelpful for weeks and over a few months.
Payment of our customers was always made to Booking, Booking has received the money and does not pay us. That is a fact and the blocking of accommodation is another fact.
Payment for service must always be made already because the guests have verified Adresee and the presence of the accommodation. In addition, I have also provided you the telephone bill with address in the last EMAIL. But what's the point with the address ... Your letter with confirmation code does not arrive.
Please find another way of confirmation.
