Verification of property

Hi all

We really need some help. We registered with booking.com early May until the hotel bookings was closed via booking.com due to non property verification. This happened on the 17 May. We received an email stating that they were doing check for verification purposes and we would hear from them within 10 days. 

Unfortunately we have had no contact from booking.com, no answers to my many msgs and no contact via telephone after been promised by customer service that someone would be in touch. 

Is this partner treatment by booking.com the norm as we feel really let down by this company.

Any help or advise as to how we can resolve this situation will be greatly received.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Many thanks for your advice but have already msg them but unfortunately Booking.com have not acknowledged my msgs.

Very poor cusotmer service
