Verifiy location
Dear, We've never received the letter for the location verification this summer.
Now I would like to open our accomodation for this week, but unfortunately that status of my accommodation is 'closed'. I think this is because I haven't verify my location yet. Could you unblock this and open my accomodation for this week please?

Due to the nature of the question on Location Verification, we [partners] cannot assist.
There is no call back service. You must request an alternative method if its more than 5 weeks since .
You must phone BdC Partner Support, as per the visual guide below or the short version here:
In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
Click on ‘See Contact Options’.
Select :Account
Select Other,
Click See All contact options,
Click CALL, phone number is revealed
