"Verify Your Property's Location" - can I make it another way (not through the mail)?

Can I get 6-digit code not through mail but in another way? Maybe there is a faster way?

This is somehting you need to ask BDC, however, every company, which does location verification will send you mail, because you need to physically pick it up and open it to have the code, it's very straight forward.

What would be the reason why you cannot do this?

Call BDC and hopefully they can help with this.

Has anyone actually verified by "getting a code with phone call"? We opened a new account 6 days ago and today BDC closed account pending verification. I called - they said it takes 12-14 days for mail. Asked for any other way to reopen until mail arrives (who uses snail mail? I would pay for fedex if they would let me) Archie (CustServ) was adamant that there was NO WAY to do this. I tried to speak with supervisor he said "there are no supervisors".

So frustrated. We had only been up 6 days, got many many reservations. Some guests are already staying with us.

He said we need to have a TRUST relationship. I get that, but BDC has our banking information, we have been in business over 20 years and can easily be found online. Said I would pay for fedex to address.

Absolutely no help. Does anyone know how to actually get a code by phone. Even if it is just temporary until the card gets here. (They mailed from Netherlands on May 31 and said 12-14 days to arrive...this is day 6. By the way, I tried the extranet messaging too. No response.

Anyone who can advise - it would be greatly appreciated.

You should have a regional manager, talk to that person about this.

I get all urgent and important things solved with the regional manager. Everything else is ok to be done by the support team.

Call your local office and get hold of the manager.

Thanks so much! How do you contact your local office? I was on hold for 35 minutes this morning at the main number and never even got to speak with anyone. Is there a list of regional offices? I am in Florida/US

Thanks again, but just as an update - I am on hold after calling that number. It seems to have just rolled to same old BDC menu, hold music and hold message : ( would be nice if at least they had different/better hold music

My CM and PMS company's hold music is awesome. They play different songs all the time.

Cant yet figure out why my booking shows as 'CLOSED FOR BOOKINGS'

Do you think its because I havnt yet got/keyed in the location code?

Guess I will never get any bookings if I need the Code to get started. We are in Mexico for 20 years and HAVE NEVER SEEN A POSTAL WORKER, OR HAD ANYTHING SENT BY MAIL RECEIVED BY THE RECIPIENT.

THERE IS NO MAIL SERVICE HERE. MAIL BOXES, ETC. DOES NOT KNOW WHERE THERE IS A POST OFFICE OR WHERE YOU CAN BUY A STAMP.

You must use a courier service. Bank Statements, utility bills, department store accounts etc. are all delivered by their own employees. I would have thought Booking.com would akr3ady be aware of this. Why not JUST PHONE THE CODE NUMBER OR ASK US TO SEND A UTILITY BILL OR BANK STATEMENT WITH ADDRESS for verification.

WE hoped to rent our property for Easter. Everything is 96% booked, yet we will not even be up and running. Time is of the essence. HELP!!!

I joined the Booking .com with my property called Leopard Rock we are on the estate called Serengeti Golf and wildlife estate.

I cannot and have not received the code yet, the postal service in South Africa is very slow and they do not deliver post to our door.

is there any other way to receive this code.

because of this loacation verification code. my properties not in the air for 3 month now.

i dont know where is the mail go. try to contact help desk in the local office, they said need to wait for they are calling.

it 2 month now... nobody calling. so frustrated. this things should have more efficient way.

i lost 3 month of my profit. this is sooooo stupid.
