Verifying property

I'm so frustrated with booking.com as it's been a month since they have closed my property and making it unbookable...they say a verification code has been sent but still nothing..also asked them to resend it and still nothing but then tell you to honour bookings which I have Done...I messaged them to say if it wasn't sorted within 3 days I would be leaving and not honouring anymore bookings and telling my guests to cancel through booking.com.
I received a link telling me a can book a virtual tour through WhatsApp.. only problem is I'm not there all the time as it's rented a lot of the time? Surely booking.com should verify properties before bookings are taken...and if you get reviews surely that should state that your listing isn't fake...
can take up to 5 weeks by post. since you already requested alternative, ask to do it using a letter /bill from a utility companyfor that address for example.
regardless of it being booked does not stop you going to the property.
