We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

Visibility of our accommodation

Hello,

in Rates & Availability / Calendar we marked 5 days in the month of August, so that the house we rent through you will be occupied/close, because we will go on holiday and stay in it ourselves. However, when searching for free accommodation on your site, for example for the whole of August, it says that our house, which we rent out for the whole of August, is occupied, if the required parameter is given from 1. to 30. August, there are actually no reservations, just those 5 days we set to close appointments. It is a little strange to me that because of these 5 days, it blows that our accommodation is occupied for the entire requested period. If we don't have something well set up? Please reply.

You have posted this on the partner forum not the booking.com help team.  This is how I would expect the calendar to work.  If a guest does a search for the whole of august it will be because they want to stay for the whole of august and your property is not available for whole period.  If they wanted to stay for a 2 week period and  it was fully available for those dates (so when you weren't there) then it would show.

Thanks for the reply. Sometimes we search, for example, for a whole month, and then we can adjust to free appointments. Now it says that we are not available in the requested time :)

I know it can be difficult when you are a small business to work around it all.  Did you realise you can block having an arrival on a day if you can't be there, but without changing availability for that day.  It is a bit tucked out of sight.

In Rates, Calendar, use List view.  On left hand side open up to see additional lines re Minimum stay, etc.  If you click on boxes to stop check in or departures on dates you have appointments.  If you don't see the additional lines contact booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet and ask them to open them up for you.
