We Need to Verify Your Property

I try to get the verification code for my property 2 times, but I have not received any letter from booking! And my property was closed. Is there anyway to get this code?

Hello, We are in the same position here. We've requested for the code to be resent twice now to no avail. It says that it will be sent through the post from the Netherlands and it will take 9 days. We opened on Booking.com on 11 July, but nothing came on 20 July so we've requested again on 20th July and again today. Who can help us?

Hi Nat, My Property was verified. I sent a message on extranet and wait for 2 days then I had a video call from booking support team and she verified my Property in a few minutes!

We are also,in same position code was supposed to be sent on 13 July, not received, now saying a further 9 days, this is too long, can someone contact us with our code please

i have been waiting for code from nearly a month now and my hotel went offline, called them nearly 5 times for help, they said they gonna video call me which i am still waiting, they sent me code three times which didnt come, is there anyone who can help me in this case,

I am waiting for my code to be sent to my other property address as the new one registered does not have a postal box but I have requested 5 times and still nothing. HELP.
