What recourse for awful guests?

We just had our first guest from Booking.com. This guest was told there was absolutely no smoking and they smoked in the our apartment. The left a pile of dirty dishes despite there being a dishwasher and dishwashing tablets there. They walked with dirty shoes on our carpets, they left a pizza burnt in our oven which wasn't put on a baking pan or on foil (both available) with melted cheeze all on the grill and the oven. The moved the duvets into the cupboard and put our heating up to 29 degrees and had the windows open. 

Why is there no recourse to rate these guests or have booking.com ban them if they are such awful guests.
