Why isn't my property being approved?

Its been over 2 months now that my property hasn't been approved. I tried listing the same property again with a different name but  the same problem has occured once again. My property is based in Murree, Pakistan where mail delivery isn't done but i am based in Islamabad, Pakistan where we can receive mails. So now what should I do about this? Should i change the property address to islamabad to receive the mail or  is their another problem? It has been stuck on this step for the past 2 months

I think the best method is to try to register your property afresh while you are in Islamabad. But remember to indicate the property is in Murree as this will help your guests get easily to you any time they follow up the map pinned in your listing. Sorry for what is happening.

Hi Kibokoafrica Thank you for your reply I do list my property from Islamabad but when they ask for the property location i entered Murree both the times, Not islamabad.Should i change that to Islamabad as well? For the invoice i did set it to islamabad

Also be keen as you register because there is a part where booking.com will ask whether you would want a booking be notified via sms. This could be very useful anytime you are in Murree

Why isn't my property being approved?

Its been over 3 months now that my property hasn't been approved. I tried listing the same property again with a different name but  the same problem has occurred once again. My property is based in Islamabad, Pakistan where we can receive mails. It has been stuck on this step for the past 3 months. Whenever I login to my account, it shows me that 3 of my properties are under review but I don't receive any response or action required from Booking.com.

There is no help section or contact available for me to call them. I need advice in this case what should I do?

@Comfy i also had the same problem but my case was different. I also made a mistake  and opened two property accounts. I asked about this problem to a booking.com representative here in Kenya and i was helped to resolve this. Personally i advice you since i dont have access to your Pakistanese representative i advice you to ask about this to 'Iralia' this partner's forum adminstrator. she might help you in this. Anyway sorry about this.
