Why my property doesn't appear in booking.com apps when somebody try to search for my property?

It may just be that there is not availability loaded in your calendar or the search you are making does not match your calendar restrictions (eg. if you have a minimum two night stay restriction but you are doing a search for one night, your property will not show up in the search results). Make sure you check your restrictions to ensure you aren't making yourself  unbookable.
