Wifi not showing on listing

I'm new to listing my rooms on booking.com and I find it very difficult to navigate this platform.  I've checked my listing and it is showing that wifi is not available when it is.  I tried to amend this on the Property section, but I cannot locate where it says wifi so that I can select that I do have wifi.  

I would appreciate advice.   

Also is there some video training on how to use this platform effectively?

that is because it is under property> policies.

 

Yep i know its make zero sense for it to be there and not in facilities & services.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
